I'm looking for information on the function of several keys on the HP keyboatd model SK-2023. For example, next to the ctrl key is a key marked fn within a square; there is also a key next to the scroll lock key marked prt scr underlined with sys req. I know that prt scr is printer scroll but I don't know how to use it. What is sys req? I don't see several of these keys as being intuitive. Can someone direct me to where I can learn the functions of these and several other keys? The HP site has been of no help.

I just bought a new computer and I'm having trouble with the new keyboard. Some of the characters have changed keys and some aren't there, eg.' forward slash' is now 'é' and the question mark is 'É'. Is there a way to make the keyboad resemble my old keyboard without all these other characters?

Check the Wikipedia article on Computer keyboard. It explains the current and historic uses of some of these special keys. Prt Scr, for example, is the Print Screen function.
