lightscribe CD unrecognized, but DVD is fine?!

Hi all,

 

If some one is able to help, explain me, will be great.

So, my HP dvd burner was OK for a good while, but started to not recognise Imation CD-R lightscribe side(recently, they changed outer package, but CD looks same), but its still works fine, prints on DVD-R. It dose record data , but not the lightscribe side on CD.

Any idea?

Have you tried other brand ? Looking the same does not mean the same.
