Hi,

 

I have an MSA2000 with a Single Controller installed, I can Telnet OK to the management port, but cannot http to it, reading previous threads it looks as though this is a common problem and I need to restart the controller:

 

# restart mc a

 

Question: is this safe to do while I have hosts accessing the MSA, as I only have one controller or should I shutdown the hosts first ?

 

for info: 2 HPUX Veritas Clustered hosts attached.
