I ordered two photos from Photo Creations online. They read as Shipped on 2012-03-19 yet nothing has arrived yet. Who to contact in order to find my delivery?

HP Photo Creations Software - [Checking Your Order Status Introduction]

You can check the status of orders you submitted through HP Photosmart Creations software. You can find order status and shipping information from your email confirmation. Solution

Step one: Open your confirmation email

1. Locate your confirmation email that you received after you placed your order.

2. Click the View The Status link near the end of the message.

An internet browser opens with your order information.

Step two: Locate the required information

Locate the Status column near the end of the document. Your order displays with one of the following five possible options:

Pending: Your order is placed in a queue.

Processing: Your order is being manufactured.

Partially Shipped: Part of your order is complete, and has shipped to the address you specified when you placed the order.

Shipped: The entire order is complete, and has shipped to the address you specified when you placed the order.

Cancelled: An administrator cancelled the order. Orders print almost immediately, so cancelling orders in progress is generally not possible.

If your order shipped, a Track link displays. Click this link to view shipping details.

Hi Professor,

thank you for your surply.

I checked the Status that says:

2012-03-19 13:43:41 Shipped Order shipped. 49,04 €

So it is shipped on the 19th of march, but nothing has arrived....

I have no idea where to go to look for it.

It must be HP that should track it for me.

I have send an email to them at hpsupport.na@RocketLife.com  but no response.

I clicked on:

You may View The Status of your order at any time.

then I get the browser in which it says:

Order History Date Status Description Amount

2012-03-12 19:47:02 Pending Order placed. 49,04 €

2012-03-12 19:50:26 Processing Order acknowledged by RLPN. 0,00 €

2012-03-19 13:43:41 Shipped Order shipped. 49,04 €

Well, if there's no link then I'm afraid I am out of ideas. You'll have to wait until you recieve a response from your email or try calling them. This is the number I found, I wish you the best of luck!

If the confirmation email did not include a tracking number, it means the type of shipping selected doesn't offer tracking. However, we can look up the order for you and give you a better idea of when it should arrive. Please email hpphotocreations@hp.com or use this web form. 

The delivery date depends on the type of item and shipping you chose. Photo books typically take four to seven business days to produce, plus shipping time. Other products typically take two to four business days to produce, plus shipping time. (Business days exclude weekends and holidays.) Delivery times for international orders and orders placed during peak holiday seasons might be longer.
