i called in about a problem with my PC, i asked to be transferred to a supervisor, once talking to this supervisor he started raising his voice and talking to me in a very inappropriate manner so i deciding to inform him that because of how he was talking to me i was going to record the rest of the conversation. becoming feed up with his unprofessional i requested the he transfer me to his supervisor he told me more than once that he was not going to transfer me to his superior unless i pay 59.99. i have let several people listen to this recording and they are appall by this supervisor. HP should be a shamed of the representation. i which from dell products thinking that HP had a better support systems. i was very wrong they should really do something about it. i have never been treated this way and after talking to me as if i was his child and not a grown HP products customer he hung up on me.
