search timesheet in HPPPM

Hi,

 

i want to see all the timesheets of the users,but i do not want create timesheet option for me.

 

currently i created one user and i gave admin rights and all access grants for that user then also that user is not able to see all resources timesheet.

 

Any help would be appreciated!!
