simple pass not working

so i get accustomed to using simple pass for all my password remembering needs then one day the the finger stopped showing up completely and i don't know hot to get it back! when i get on the simples application it show that my fingerprint is still working, what should i do?

i have a HP Touchsmart tm2t laptop with windows 7 64-bit

help in any way you can!!!!!
