After shut down and fold my HP Pavilion dm1 Notebook battery getting dry and notebook getting heat

Dear sir/madam

Iam using HP Pavilion dm1 Notebook PC for last three months

Product Serial Number is:[Personal Information Removed]

Product Number is: LQ390PA#ACJ

 

Recently Iam getting the following problems with my notebook

1. If I restart my note book, it is shutting down and after not starting.

2. After shut down if I fold my notebook battery getting dry and notebook getting heat.

3. If I switch on the power switch Key board only getting power but windows not starting (if I repeat on and off power button several times then only windows getting start).

4. I tried service center contact numbers given on HP website (all centers located at   Andheri (east), Mumbai, India) not responding my call.

 

Please give me solutions to clear all my PC problems above said.
