Dv6-3016sl Pavilion Champagne, Win 7 64-bit
I'm experiencing some problems in the last month with the battery.
When I plugin the adaptor to charge the battery, it starts to make noises (like continuous scratches), which last till I unplug the ac adaptor, or take off the battery itself. No noises at all when I'm using the adaptor without battery and when I'm using the battery without the adaptor.
I checked the status via software and the battery is tagged with the greeny and reassuring OK.
Is it really a battery problem? How do I solve it?
Thanks! ![]()
