CQ 60 Both battery issues and more

My notebook warranty expired 9/2010, although it had problems at that time too. The internal battery is low, the external battery is very low and dies within 10 min, of being unplugged, it randomly shuts off, occasionally goes blue screen and is just in general a piece of junk. Any suggestions on what I should do or do I just need a new computer? I wil NEVER buy another HP! It's ridicuolous that this thing has only lasted a few months over a year!

Hi,

1. Go to:

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump

and compress all files from there into one file with 7zip(free) or WinRar.
Upload this file on any server (example: MediaFire) and in your next reply paste link to it.
This way we will try to find out what is causing this BSOD issue.

2. Test your batteries with HP Battery Check. It looks then they need to be replaced. If you have this batteries for less then a year and HP Battery Check confirms then they need to replaced please contact with HP. They should give you new one for free. How to do it all informations here (just choose your country).
