Can't turn on Bluetooth on My Probook 4420S. Pls help!!!

Incidently I turned off my Bluetooth and now can't turn on. I uninstalled my bluetooth software to resolve the problem bu it doesn't work. Pls advice me how to turn on Bluetooth on my device.
