Hello all. I had called and talked to an hp associate about a screen twitching and shaking issue, and they told me to try formatting, installing different drivers, etc. Although, none of those suggestions worked as I realized the problem continued to increase as I opened and closed the screen. So, I'm left with no choice but to send it in to their repair centers for repair/replacement. I'm still under my warantee so I'm not worried about cost or anything, but I can't seem to find any information on how to pack it, and where to send it on the site.
Would anyone be kind enough to explain the process to me? Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Call hp and inform them of the issue and that the troubleshooting steps on file did not fix the issue. You will get a ticket number and what is called a Customer Service Order number. A box will be mailed to you in a few days with packaging material and instructions. Pending on model you may have to pay for shipping. The agent will clarify that with you
