Disappoint ed by customer service and hp repair

I have sent my hp laptop third time for service. It is now almost two weeks now, everytime I called get the answer that waiting for the part to arrive. On top of this every customer service calls go to India where I got un-trained service rep who are more than ready to fight with you than help. Every call end up on argument where rep so arrogantly refused to help you and insult you. Its feel like it is punishement of buying hp product to get talk to these service rep. Its looks like thay have no accountability and you are helpless or getting what you deserve by buying hp product.
Last call again end up in argument and service rep said waiting for parts and I must wait because hundreds of other pcs are wating to be service so must wait and nothing he can do to expedite this request. If ask to speak to manager or supervisor I get big NO and they simply refused to transfer called. I have tried my best to get someone in US to speak about my problem but it seems like impossible.
Very disappointed, I would not recommend anyone ti buy ho product and than hang on mercy of customer service people.
