Elitebook 8740w and Quickbook 3

Sometimes HP support can be laughable. The only good thing about the tech support is getting the hardware repairs done... sometimes....

 

I've been having a running issue with them since my hard drive went out 5 months after I bought it. It had Quicklook on there and I've been trying to get it back. Problem is, tech support is stating that the Elitebook 8740w DOES NOT support Quicklook 3 and closed the matter.

 

WELL THAT'S FUNNY!!!

 

I look at the quickspec and it's listed Quicklook 3 as a standard feature on pages 4, 9, and 11. I also see that it allows you to enable or disable Quicklook 3 in the UEFI screens on bootup.

 

 

Doesn't anyone over there in technical support read their own specifications??

 

That said, does anyone know where I can find the drivers for the Quicklook 3 for this laptop?
