Emailing Photos using Lightroom 4 and Win Live

I have Win 7 - 64 bit on a HP Pavilion dv7 laptop.  When I try to email a photo from Lightroom 4 using Win Live Mail I can do everything but get into the body of the email to write a message.  I have the same problem using Elements 9.  How can I resolve this?

Please use plain text.

Are you getting any error messages? Do you have the email options configured in Lightroom?

Yes, that was the problem.  There was an error in it.  It works fine now.

I can send but not receive emails with Win Live Mail and Win 7

Win Live Mail has been working fine until  I tried to send 3 photos and now it won't let me send any more messages. I can still receive messages. The error message says to delete the photo email and send again.  I can't find the email to delete it.  How can I  correct this?
