Failure ID : "U0E78X-000634-XD7U2J-C0CS03"

I have HP Pavilon DV4 and its not booting up. When did the startup test i am getting failure id U0E78X-000634-XD7U2J-C0CS03". Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

To my understanding, this error indicates failure of Battery. Could you please contact HP support for further assistance in this regard.
