Getting rid of message box "object error"

Every time i go into IE i get a message box appears saying "object error". I have downloaded the latest service pack and i am still getting the box when i log onto IE. How can i get rid of this box??

I forgot to mention, the advise i got from my previous message was to download the latest service pack, but this is for windows vista. Does this also work with windows 7?
