HDX 18-1180us: DDR2 or DDR3 memory?

I have an HDX18-1180us that I would like to upgrade to 8GB. But I'm not sure whether it takes DDR2 or DDR3 memory. How do I determine which memory is correct? Does anyone have any recommendations?

From service documentation of Your model:

 

"Supports dual-channel memory
Supports up to 8 GB of system RAM
PC2-6400, 800-MHz, DDR2"
