Hello 3KAIVITIS,

 

I see that you are having problems with logging into your Windows 8 computer. I have some suggestions that may help with this issue.

my hp laptop came with 4 gb memory ram and it was slow so i was told to upgrade it to 8 gb of ram and it would speed up my laptop alot...i did that and my laptop is still as slow as before i upgraded it. why is that? and how do i speed up my laptop?

i hope this is the info you need. product=D1E80UA#ABA...model=2000-2B19WM. memory info is 8GB (2x4GB) type=DDR3-SDRAM...form=SO-DIMM...bus speed=PC3-10600 (DDR-3-1333)...hopefully this helps

Thank you for the information. It was very helpful.

 

The Memory you installed was it 4GB DDR3 SDRAM (1 DIMM)? This is what is compatible with your device.Here is a document on how to do a HP Notebook system BIOS update for your AMD processor.

i downloaded it and it brings me to a screen that wants me to enter this info...current bios=ID and version ??? and...new bios=ID and version?? i dont know what this is or what to put in there

ok i found my current version but i still dont know what ID is or the new  bios version is? im not a pc tech whatsoever lol.

No worries. What is the version of BIOS are you running now? The new version is

Version F.34.
What happened when you tried to run the Windows update?
