HP 620 Bluetooth connectivi​ty Problem

Hello,

I have got a HP 620 notebook pc and am facing difficulties while connecting my cellphone
to my notebook via bluetooth connectivity. Neither the bluetooth device on my laptop nor
 the one on my cellphone detects one another.
The message " No bluetooth device is found" keeps appearing on both screens.

The bluetooth connectivity of the cellphone (Motorola S6) has been checked and utilized earlier.
The OS installed on the laptop is Windows 7 ultimate.
Could someone please help me out?

I also experienced the sme problem with my HP 620 laptop. when trying to install the driver it says no bluetooth detected. the problem started after i installed window 7 ultimate. The problem is not wiht the OS because the same OS is installed in another HP 620 which is working properly. How can i solve this problem??

It seems that they havent put any bluetooth device in this model (620) thats why its very cheap.

HP guy please tell the truth...

me too having same problem. even cheaper models have bluetooth and even d specs online included a bluetooth. how can we access it.

All you have to do is to turn it ON. Using the key next to f12 on your keyboard it is for blueth and wifi..

Got the same problem. The wireless button next to F12 does not work. It worked the first time when I Got he Laptop and after switching it off, it does'nt switched on again. I downloaded new driver and installed it but still the same

I have the same problem , and the buttom beside f12 are working good , and the wirless internet connection working good , the problem that my bluetooth device nither my laptop nor my cellphone detect each

I have the same problem, i keep having error message of no bluetooth bla bla bla... am tired of this. So what do we do resolve this problem? HP answer us ooooooo!
