Its been 3 weeks I have sent scanned copy of laptop invoice and serial number to firstname.lastname@example.org but still no acknowledgment nor the voucher. I had also send reminder mails and result no response from HP folks.
I also tried to contact them through phone. The HP customer care executive gave me the number of Chandigarh branch and the executive of Chandigarh branch gave me the number of Delhi branch and that executive gave me the mobile number of another executive but she is not picking the phone. No one wants to respond to customers.
IS THIS KIND OF SERVICES OFFERED BY HP TO ITS CUSTOMERS???
Like others I am not sure if HP at all planning to give us that voucher or that offer was just to fool customers.
Any body else facing this issue? Any idea whom we can contact over phone/email to sort out this? no body seems to be monitoring email@example.com mailbox.

No need to hire a Lawyer now, Finally today i got the voucher.
I want to tell the HP redemption center that atleast you guys should reply to customer queries. So that the customers should have faith in HP.

i have been mailing for the last 3months for d redemption of d gift titan gift voucher bt havent received a single response from d hp folks.
was this offer just meant to befool d customers???
is such poor service expected from a company like HP???
if u HP doesnt want to entertain the problems of itz customers then why the hell is it having customer care cell???and does ANYBODY care to even look into the mails in the inbox of <firstname.lastname@example.org>????or is it just for befooling us???
