1-{content removed} YOU HP!
2- Iam campaning for people to move to MAC (I did) and others 3 so far.
3- no more PC {content removed}
4- I have a useless {content removed} LAPTOP.
5-over heating/ stop booting/ no services (let me go back to the bigining)
When I got tjis laptop (HP dv4) came with one year worrenty (OK) so aI purchase 2 extra years, my thinking I have 3 years (right?). with one year in the owning the fan quit working, OK I send it took 3 weeks to get back, tehy (so call teck support) said they fix, after the secound year, I start having problems 'over heating' AGAIN! so I call HP mention my problem, they inform me that my warrenty expired. CRAP I SAID!
I told them that I have a document saying that my warrenty was for 3 years, they said NO {content removed} or who ever mal imform US?
They said that when a purchase the worrenty my first year was override by the extended warrenty.
Now {content removed} by their coments........their support is the worst, DONT BY ANY MORE HP......DON GET ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.......
I will continue discoreage people from baying any HP product, and I am mention to people and post it on the web.
GO MAC....GO MAC.....

Another processor option I used was the AMD sempron SI-42 single core processor (2.1Ghz) which has a TDP of 25 watts.
Although its only a single core processor it lives better with the undersized heatpipe design.
Mine is the DV4 1222nr and so far so good. I may give the Turion x 2 RM-70 a try also.
