HP G62-361TX Drivers Page Missing

Hi Team,

I wanted to download drivers for my HP G62-361TX Notebook PC. But the product is not listed in Support & Drivers Page. Although HP G62-363TX is there but I am not sure wether to use those in my Laptop.

I tried downloading the drivers but am still unable to do so. It says Content unavailable or some error.

None of the drivers are available for download.

Which operating system are you using?

Which browser are you using to download?

The O/S is Windows 7 (32 Bit) and the browser is IE 9.

Hi,

Check the following.

Open windows Control Panel, open Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, scroll down the list of entries until you find the following - Use Passive FTP ( For Firewall and DSL Modem Compatibility ) - if the box next to this entry is not ticked, click to enter a tick and then click Apply.  Close all open windows and then launch IE9 and see if you can now download the drivers.
