i think my graphic card is too low for me as a graphic designer. i frequently use adobe photshop and indesign and illustrator at the same time. its too slow. also when i'll make a video with after effects and premiere. its getting into my nerves sometimes..i've read that i cant upgrade my video card. is that true? do you think it will work fine already when i'll increase my 4GB RAM to 8Gb RAM? or, is there a external graphic device that can boost my laptop's performance??

If uses shared memory it will boost the memory available to the graphics card but will still run slow
most units have internal graphics attached directly to the board
but some external cards are now available see this link
