Hi,
Be aware that this is not supported by HP and you try it at your own risk.
Try entering: e9lo3u7nzn ( Note that the 3rd character is a lower case L )

Thanks DavidPK! The password allowed me to get to the Bios Setup Utility where I have uninstalled the Administration and Set Power On Passwords, I've set the Bios Language to English
l Enabled the Processor C4 State, set the F10 & F12 Delay to 10 sec, Enabled the NETWORK ADAPTER BOOT, SET THE 1st Boot Device to: [Sata:PM-ScanDisk pS], 2nd Boot Devise [Network: B02 DOO Yu], ran Memory Test passed with 1016 MB
Still can't boot even in safe mode, only can get to dos prompt by pressing F12 during start up.
My machine 1st started having lack of memory issues even to the point I couldn't delete files or programs. Couldn't even run restore. Finally it gave me a Windows Boot Manager Screen---- Windows failed to start File : \Boot\BCD Status: 0xc000000f Info: an error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration
I don't have any information I need to save, I just need to do a complete restore of windows , I think.
This was my 1st Post to the forum, so I may not be up to speed on precedures just yet. Can you help me with this problem or should I post a whole new post.
thanks!
