HP Pavilion G6 Cooling Fan Error

I purchased a Pavilion g6 Product number (A8S62EA#ABU) in late september this year and now when I switch the laptop on I get an error message saying that a cooling fan isnt operating....

 

I have used hp support to scan the laptop and it found no problems, it is under warranty but I am unsure of how to get the problem fixed.

If they are unable to resolve it by performing the following steps, I would recommend calling HP support at 1-800-474-6836 to have the notebook repaired.
