HP Pavillion DV7 3065DX Does Not Initially Start

My laptop does not start when powered on.  It lights upnd the screen becomes active.  The HDD light comes on and stays on.  If I try to start it several times (3-4) it eventuually starts and runs fine with no problems while it its on.  When I turn it off and leave it overnight I have the same problem the next day.  I ran the startup utility on it with the following results.

Does anyone have any suggestions.  Sure seems like HDD, but once it starts it runs with no problems.

Hi I have a simillar issue

When you press the power button, the fan turns on and all the lights on the keyboard and touchboard at the top light up and stay lit up for 2 seconds. The fan then stops, the lights on the touchboard stay lit, but the lights on the keyboard (like the caps lock and num lock lights) blink slowly.

Try to check the Bios battery. It's seems to move quite easely on this model.
