HP Pavillion dv6910us Some Keyboard keys are not working

SOME BUTTONS ON MY KEYBOARD (8,I.K, ,) ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I HAVE UPDATED:

 

  1. THE BIOS (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-93354-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&...

2.  CHIPSET DRIVERS (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-55781-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&... 

 

AND STILL NO LUCK.
