HP Recovery Disk Creation Issue

I am trying to create a recovery disk for my Laptop. However, when I start the Recovery Disk Creator utility, I get an error message saying that the system does not have a drive capable of creating a CD/DVD. This is not the case. I have a working DVD drive in my Presario CQ60.
