HP TITAN GIFT VOCHER WORTH Rs 2000.00

Its been more than 1 week I have sent scanned copy of laptop invoice and serial number to notebook@solutions-intg.com but still no acknowledgement nor the voucher. I am not sure if HP at all planning to give me that voucher or that offer was just to fool customers.

Any body else facing this issue? Any idea whom we can contact over phone/email to sort out this? no body seems to be monitoring notebook@solutions-intg.com mailbox.

Same here. I have registered for the Adidas gift voucher and have send the required details. But have not received any confirmation of receipt yet. Moreover, if you call to redemption unit (01141306700) no one attends the call.

Its really frustrating and worst experience I have ever faced. Not expected from atleast such a big brand.

Will someone look into this and try to explain???

It has been the same for me.I purchased HP Pavlilion dv6 laptop on November 05.  I registered on the HP website on November 06, and have sent atleast 4 emails with the scanned copies of the required documents but have not received any confirmation. I tried calling on the number 011-41306700 but no one answered and I lost Rs. 20 for it

If anyone from HP is listening, please do something about this. My redemption code is 2221759.

Same case with me. I had purchased an HP Pavilion dv6-3085tx on 5th November scanned them all the docs for redemption on 12th. Its been 10 days since then. Neither have these people at HP sent any reply to mail nor picking calls at the HP redemption cell, let alone confirm the request. I had contacted the technical support and they provided the contact to the redemption cell:

   Tried call on their phone number but looks like its invalid phone.

Hi I Got the voucher on Jan 10th. But when I went to Titan show room thay said the gift card was accepted till Jan 15 and then it was suspended nu... Did anybody aware fo this?

RENUKA/ABHISHEK ARE THE PEOPLE LOOKING INTO THE GIFT VOCHURE MATTER ARE NOT EVEN ATTENDING CALLS OR EMAILS SENT BY ME MANY TIMES.
