Hi,

I'm also facing the same problem. I've send the redemption details multiple times but no confirmation from HP's side.

I tried to contact the redemption cell but it's not getting connected. My redemption code is 239555.

How can this happen from a well reputed company like HP???

Then how about their credibility???

Reliancedigital Retail Ltd. Satyanaryana Enclave Madinaguda village
,Sherlingampally ,Mandal,Hyderabad-500032 on dated 30.10.12 vide
retail invoice no. #0011/001/6580 dated 30.10.12.

I have registared my name for your HP Diwali offer vide Redemption reference code  - 5353261.
    As far your instruction I have send (i)xerox copy of Retail invoice ,(ii)xerox copy of my id proof i.e pan card ,(iii)original DD
for Rs 2499/- bearing no. 022261 dated 03.11.12 of Axis Bank Ltd.

Now its almost one month but I have neither recieved any response nor I have recieved the Nikon camera as my gift. Can you pls look into this and response.
