HP dv5 laptop goes off suddenly on 55% while discharging

laptop goes off suddenly on 55% while discharging. have replace my orginal battery after it went bad after using for 3 yrs.

Then got a new original battery, which went bad after 2 months, Did a replacement warranty and now the new battery worked well for 1 month and gives the above problem.

 

HP Battery Check shows no issues. What could be the issue. This is no case of overheating as it always go off on 55% only while discharging.
