HP instant web "splashtop'

I have not been able to load this for ages - i've tried in control panel but all that will let me do is uninstall it - it says its enabled but its not - when i switch on and try to use it i get page load error and a message that says something about Mozilla Firefox US ??? dont even know what that is don't know what to do - its quicker using instant web - windows is too slow
