HP mini 110-1030CA boot problem

My mini 110 shows "Bootmgr is missing", but in boot device only the hard drive and network boot is available (no USB boot), and there is no CD on this computer neither. So it looks like no way to recover the Bootmgr file. Can anybody help on this, thanks a million!

Hello

 

Once you have this kind of error message, it just mean that the Operating System is corrupted. Before having the problem, did you installed any program or did the computer performed any updates?

 

Try to performed System Restore is possible if not System Recovery needs to be performed (make sure to back up you files first, you can go to any computer store and let them to back up your files)

 

Pls infomed me if problem is not fix

Oh almost forgot if System Recovery needs to peformed, if you dont have any disc try hitting f11 once power on

 

If problem is still there, pls inform me

Hi,

 

Dont start a recovery yet, try to boot to recovery partition. Tap f11 on startup, once there. Press down alt then tap "d" to open the command prompt window. Now type this: bootrec /FixBoot then press enter.

Good ol’ alt_164 is correct but if didn’t work, last step would System Recovery (make sure to back your files 1st)

Hello,

 

My name is Frank and I am in desperate need of help. I own an HP MINI 101 - 1030CA, which now longer gets beyond my desktop picture.  No icons or tool bar.  A message keeps coming up that says servicesSrV (in the blue top bar) with the following message "The application failed....(0xc0000142)...click OK to terminate the program" I can click OK 100 times and it just keeps popping up. --At boot tapping F11 seems not to do anything at all --Ctrl + F11 brings me to Safe Modes (none of them seem to work) -known last configeration also does not work.  Tapping F6 brought me to a Roxio previous date recovery option.  I tried getting back to a previous date (this also did not work).  I need to know how to get back to my factory settings.

Please note that I cant see anything on my desktop.  Hope to hear back.

Hello,

I also have the same issue. when i start my hp mini 110  i see a message BOOTMGR missing ctrl+alt+del.

 

i have tried every possible way and even taken it to a professional. the professional told me that the ram needs to be replace. is this true?

My 110 mini notebook 1197TU  will not start

 

The screen is black with a HP logo in the middle  and  F9=Change boot device order

                                                                                                   F10= BIOS setup options

                                                                                                   F12=Network boot

 

all in the bottom left of the screen. None of the F keys work and I have tried a re set up by taking out the battery and power cable then draining the power and restarting  again nothing works.

 

                       Please help

Think seriously of the answers you give.

BOOTMGR is missing

MY computer will not boot

This is a netbook 

IT HAS NO CD DRIVE

It will not boot

HOW DO I GET TO DRIVE D TO DO SYSTEM RECOVERY SINCE I CAN'T EVEN BOOT THE **bleep** THING
