HP pavilion dv7-1232nr wireless button - how to turn on

my hp,pc saids this device has been disabled by the wireless button. To enable this dice press on the wireless button ;Where is the wireless button on my hp,pc

For newer model dv7 notebook PC, the 'wireless hardware switch' is Shift-Fn-F12.  When the wireless is disabled the F12 button has a red/orange light on my PC and when it is enabled the light is blue/white.  I accidentally hit Shift-Fn-F12 to turn off my wireless and it took a hour to guess this solution.
