I'm extremely frustrated with HP customer service and local technical support people supposedly certified in HP products. I have a hp zv6107wm that all of a sudden just died. When I reboot it and finally get it going I get 4 solid beep codes. Nobody at HP speaks english and understands what I'm asking. I'm total frustrated with all of it. Spend so much money on a product to take a **bleep**.
Anybody know what the 4 [text removed] beep codes mean around here?

Hi,
If it's 4 short beeps then this is System timer failure.
It means that You need to replace only Your RTC battery and this problem will be solved.
Movie how to do it You will find here.
Just click there on the left side on Real-time clock battery.
Check there also how to remove battery, switch cover and keyboard.
Here You will find service documentation for Your model.
