Having Trouble with Password

I just brought HP Pavilion dv7-6135dx, its Windows 7 and 64 bit.  I set up and did my password, everything. It went through the first time, without no problems. Now I'm having problems with it, I can't get my password go through, I'm typing it correctly, it will go to the Welcome window than it returns saying "incorrect password" After 2 hours working on it, I finally get it go through. I finally get on my computer, but it won't let me change my password either. My fingers are tire LOL....Please Help....Thank you....Windows password.....

Youb can try two things,

1) Either perform a recovery from the In-Built Recovery Partition.

2) Please RUN a Hard Drive Test,

Boot the NB to BIOS by tapping F10 in the boot - Diagnostics - Primary HD Selftest

Alternatively you Can TAP F2 while booting the computer and run the Hard Drive Selftest.

Which may fail.
