how I could convert unallocated space in my disk into a partion it keeps telling me that i have no MBR free in my disk?

You can only have two primary partitions on a hard drive,
To create additional drives they must be in an extended partition as logical drives.
There can be several logical drives in an extended parttion.
If its a corrupt volume you may have to delete that partition and re-create it as primary or extended.
