How do I have my computer fixed under warranty?

Presario CQ62, the warranty is through July. I have keyboard problems, 2 keys have broke and the left shift freezes most of the time... I took it to a local computer shop who looked at it and said he could replace the whole keyboard. Is this covered under the basic 1 year warranty, and if so how in the heck do I access that service??

If the keyboard is faulty, it will be covered by the warranty.
