I want to know a shortcut to find model of my laptop from HP, knowing that the laptop is not written by any specific data model and product number on the bottom, and there is only this word only "Pavilion dv6"
Please do not delay in this answer, because this topic is very important to many people

Flip the notebook over and look at the barcoded sticker.

Did you try all the options in the document about finding your model number? For example, it could be located under the battery on your model. Also, you should be able to hit the Fn + Esc keys to open the HP System Information window which will show you the info you need.
Clicking "Accept as Solution" on a reply that solves your issue makes it easier for other people to find solutions.

On some models, you can Hold down the FN key and press the ESC key at the same time and it will give you that information.

Follow the steps in windows :
1. Start
2. All programs
3. Accessories

5. System information
You will get the information about your system.
