i have an EliteBook 2530p and when i need the webcame it says "error: webcam not turned on" or something like that. how do i turn it on? Thanks

I cannot get my internal webcam to turn on anymore.  I do not know what has happened.  My laptop's product number:

Had same thing happen on HP laptop I have had for 4 years. I just went to start up and typed "youcam" in search bar.

Webcam now comes up like it did before when I go to Skype or any program that uses webcam

I have same problem. I already installed quickplay but still can not turn the webcam on.
