How to Access battery?

I'm having battery issues, light blinks constantly even with AC adapter, even when OFF. I've tried finding a schematic for how to remove the battery, but none exists & the one link for accessing service door has the page/info missing! I need to test whether it is indeed the battery, AC adapter or board, but can't do that without being able to remove the battery. This laptop did not come with any documentation on accessing such a basic part. As you can tell, I never use it far from AC adapter, I only get 3 hours of battery use since this was new, so I keep it plugged in all the time.

I found the solution & removed the battery, it is a simple push slide level underneath next to battery compartment itself.
