How to find out HP netbook's series?

Hi, I have a HP Netbook but the only thing it says is that the model is HP G62 Notebook PC. I would like to know if it is Hp G62-100 or HP G62-200 Series or whatever. I need to download a bios for it, but as I do not know the series, it is hard to do that. How can I figure that out?

Oh, I did that, actually. I also tried to go to DOS and type systeminfo, also used programs to tell me that info but all I got with all attempts was "HP G62 Notebook PC". The problem is that this does not tell me much. I went to the HP's website to find out programs for my laptop, but there is a huge list of HP G62 that I should choose and I do not know how to figure out what mine is.

It can be HP G62-100, HP G62-200, HP-300, HP-a00 etc. etc. etc.

Would you have any ideas how to know that?

I can see a product number at the bottom of my laptop and also on the laptop delivery box. I have also tried that automatic detection and my laptop was recognized. Contact HP, they should know what product you have bought..

Somebody has thrown the box away and strangely, I see no product number at the bottom. I checked for that, too. I will try to call HP and hope they will be able to provide me the information I need.
