How to set up keyboard to display diacritical markings

I want to set up my keyboard so that I can type Spanish letters with diacritical markings: a,e,i,o,u, etc.  I have an HP Touchsmart tx2 1020US.  Can anyone help?

Thanks!  Works fine...except for the lack of options for upside down ? and ! symbols.  But I can live without that.
