NoteBook Webcam:

Assuming your notebook HAS a webcam, it's located at the center of the notebook's display panel, along the top edge, outside of the screen area.  The camera is not very large - just a little dot, about the size of a small eraser on an old fashioned pencil.

If your laptop has a webcam, you need software to use it.
