I have a smss.exe trojan in my HP mini 311-1000NR

The Trojan virus keeps on restarting my computer, I use RUN "shutdown -a" to stop it from restarting, but now the WiFi icons have disappeared and I cannot set a connection using My Network Places. I also tried to install a tool that might remove the virus but my computer does not read any USB devices.

I cannot run RPC, it says that the program took too long to respond.

 

WHAT CAN I DO?
