Hey Mars,
Have you made sure the Biometric support is enabled? Here is a general article regarding error regarding the Fingerprint reader. It will walk you through a handful of steps on how to resolve errors regarding the fingerprint reader.
Troubleshoot a Fingerprint Reader
Let me know if this articles helps resolve the issue. If not post back with any new details and we can continue from there.
Thanks,
Sean

Hello Sean
First thanks for Your help, I have tried to renew the BIOS, also back to the version there was installed when I bougt my laptop i 09.
But when I start up computer and press f10 I cant find a way to enable the reader, therefor I think it is always enabled, but when I start up there is a logo on my screen telling me: No fingerprintreader found? I also have to tell You if I put back my old harddisk everything workt perfect! So it happened after I changed to the new SSD drive!
So what do I do now?
Regards
Hans
