Also, I just got off the phone with one of your "customer service" reps. I can promise you ONE THING: I will NEVER EVER purchase another HP computer!!! My daughter sat her computer down on a table and the internal screen cracked!!!!!  I am told that this can ONLY happen in certain conditions, none of which are covered by HP and if I send it in to be reparied, it's $329!!!! The freaking computer only cost about $400, are you kidding me???   Obviously  (IMHO) your computers are crappy and your customer service is CRAPPIER! I rank you in the same category that I rank Best Buy=======WORST BUY! And yes, I'm going to let all of my friends on FB know about this.
