Are you able to go online, and determine exactly what your laptop is by using the product key? I can't remember what mine is specifically, but i do have all of the information on stickers on the bottom. Is it possible to figure out what my laptop is by using the product ket?

You can use either the Model No. or Part No. in the link below to identify your notebook.

It looks like you posted your Windows Product Key not the product number for your notebook. Below is a link on how to find your product number. Are you just looking for drivers or is there something that I can help you with?

I need product key of window 8 HP 2000-2d08EIA Notebook PC
IF like a Windows 7 laptop it is listed in your BIOS as well for your Product Number not Product Key there no such terminology-Product Key is associated with Windows that is something HP user support here can't help you with.
Lately, I been seeing far to many users Installing Windows 10 without doing their homework and having far more problems then it was to fix.
