My DV6000 has been crashing for the past few months. I stopped using it for a while, but I needed to get the photos off of it before I wiped it. Unfortunately nearly all my drivers are gone including: sound, networking, but most importantly my USB ports have stopped working so I can't use a thumb drive to get my photos.
The computer crashes only when I'm on my main account in normal mode. The guest account is fine. What I want to know is if it is possible burn a disk while in safe mode and if that is not possible can I burn a disk from the guest account?

@Mwood,
Hi,
You can backup all Your files and system on CD/DVD with Macrium Reflect software. Download link here and here is tutorial how to use it.
You said:

Can You say something more about it? They disappeared from Your system or You just don't have anymore drivers for Your software.
Write down Your p/n number which is under Your computer and looks like this if You want more help and alos which system are You using.
